How long do we keep the information for

We do not keep any personal data for longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it is being processed.

Sensitive personal information captured as a consequence of our day to day work e.g. scans of passports, driving licences, utility bills and other documents.  Deleted from our systems as soon as required work is completed.

Non-sensitive personal information captured  as a consequence of our day to day work e.g. phone numbers and email addresses used for materials for the public domain e.g. business cards and flyers.
If we have not carried out any design, then they will be deleted within 60 days, unless the customer has asked us to retain this information.  If we have carried out design work, then this information will be retained as it may be required by the client in the future.

Personal information captured for marketing purposes. This is completely separate from the above, and it is the customers who specifically request that we hold this information for marketing purposes by opting in to our mailing lists.  This information can be removed at any time by the customer

 

How we use cookies
